This catalyses innovation, professional development and increases productivity.I am a consultant paediatrician and Head of Quality Improvement at Oxford University Hospitals. I have extensive experience in nurturing talent and catalysing innovation and won the Meridian Innovation and Improvement Awards in 2021, HSJ Patient Safety Awards and Patient Experience National Network AwardsI am a graduate of the Nye Bevan Programme for Senior Leaders at the NHS Leadership Academy and now teach as an Associate Professor on the Masters in Healthcare Leadership, the Elizabeth Garett Anderson Programme.
