I am a constant learner with an insatiable curiosity for learning the “why” behind the way things work. Learning about photography and design, computer science, motivations of human behavior, and exercise and recreation keeps me busy and far from bored. I have previously worked as a licensed clinical social worker and a kitesurfing instructor and have a talent for identifying and developing strengths in others. Building up team members is massively important to me and always makes tackling team projects an enjoyable endeavor.
