Responsible for daily follow up with new as well as existing customer for new order.Generate quotation in ERP and Provide to the customer as per their requirement.Enter purchase order in ERP on daily basis and send detail to the plant concern person.Check daily mail which we got from customer and have to reply with proper solution.Follow up for payment and pending C- form also have to mail regarding same on daily basis.Coordinate with plant for pending sales order and give proper dispatch date to customer.Send dispatch details to the customer on daily basis also if delay in dispatch then have to inform them.Send Performa Invoice to the customer for advance payment also follow up for payment.Coordinate with transport and finalize freight charges and inform to the party.Coordinate with transport for dispatched material and also have to take care of on time material received at customer end.If there is any issue in material so have to gather all the information and solve their issue with the help of technical person.Have to coordinate on daily basis with marketing executive of their daily visit and if there is any issue in particular party (like payment issue, c-form and any other technical problem) then have to send them with proper details.Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly sales and payment collection report.Have to maintain customer relationship by solving issue and providing good services.
