Primary RoleWork as design strategist and define product experiences for Small Business, Payroll, Banking, Health and Quicken teams with the following responsibilities:• Independently strategize, target, and deliver projects and assignments while working with complex issues and projects within business unit or functional group• Design subject matter expert sharing design thought leadership with fellow team members

PRIMARY ROLEProvide creative direction and interface design for products and service experiences for clients ranging from start-ups to fortune 500 companies including: PayPal, Hitachi, Western Union, Lytro, BlueJeans , Automation Anywhere, Voltage Security, mFoundry, InfoStretch, CardFreeResponsibilities:• Collaborate with Aloki design team to define the design strategy by researching on competition, domain and audience needs.• Create concept mockups for projects• Provide creative direction to the design team to execute and deliver the project to meet the success criteria

• Designed and developed site layouts and schematics that both meet the objectives of the product owners and adhere to company usability and visual style standards• Contributed to and define style for the E*TRADE site• Developed, maintained, and improved style libraries, palettes, and asset components for the style guide web site (internal and external)• Conceptualized, presented, and delivered fresh visual messaging styles on an ongoing basis for the marketing group, and proactively recommended changes
