As a senior strategist and employee engagement specialist, my role is to help staff understand their organisation's business, brand or customer experience strategy and to see their own role in making that strategy successful.With a background in design, and experience working in brand and customer experience development, I bring a unique perspective to employee engagement projects.Over the past 10 years, I've worked across financial services, insurance, telecommunications and construction, for clients such as: BT Financial Group, St.George, Bank of Melbourne, GHD, AMP Capital Shopping Centres, Telstra, StatePlus, NRMA Motoring and TransGrid. These projects encompassed engaging staff to deliver new brands, new customer experience strategies and a new organisational vision, as well as culture change, and staff moves to new work environments.During this time, I've built a diverse skill set including: customer experience strategy. brand strategy, employee engagement, internal communications, change management, account management, business operations, and marketing. I'm currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science, majoring in Organisational Psychology.
