Helped to build, grow, and maintain CWAC's brand reputation and marketing communications, that led to a multi-million dollar sale of the veterinary practices in 2021.More specifically: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and advertising for the company including internal and external marketing, social media content strategy, and community events. Planned, implemented, maintained, and tracked social media and online marketing campaigns utilizing content calendars and other organizational project tools; managed all social media and review website profiles; monitored and responded to online reviews; stayed up-to-date on and participated in community events; planned and hosted City Way Animal Clinics events at clinic locations; developed and maintained relationships with other local business owners/leaders; developed and maintained relationships with apartment complexes near our clinics; assisted with the company’s IT needs; designed, developed, and maintained all aspects of the company website including SEO/keywords, blog posts, and all other content; developed strategic, cost-effective marketing campaigns to meet company’s marketing goals; created and maintained Google Ads account; created contact lists and designed targeted or general e-mail campaigns; designed, ordered, and continually updated all print marketing materials; designed, ordered, and maintained inventory of branded promotional items; implemented branding guidelines; updated, designed, and obtained permits for new building signage; coordinated company-wide philanthropy opportunities; responded to and tracked all donation and sponsorship requests; managed a marketing assistant when available.
