IMMCO is the world's leading HFC and FTTx Network Design Consultancy.- Led development of company’s first software product from conception to seven figure sales & tripled revenue of Services division for 3 quarters by designing the first successful software in cable/telecom industry for construction change management (Patent Pending). Negotiated and closed the first $500K deal in 6 months through a 13 stage B2B sales process. Booked deployment in 20+ cities for 2019 – 2023.- Reduced build time of the $500M fiber-to-the-curb (FTTC) project by 30% in a $10B+ company, despite 50% turnover. Led implementation across 15 managers and 90+ engineering/construction stakeholders to design & build backbone and last-mile fiber networks. Personally recognized for "Biggest Innovation in the History of the National Broadband Network" by the Head of FTTx Network Planning in division-wide award ceremony.- Created UX designs for a GIS based asset-management platform with real-time collaboration on construction CAD drawings (think a collaborative Google Maps with Warcraft-type interface). Features enabled GUI and API based change management, escalation, work order dispatch, and construction build tracking. Clients reported 200% faster walkout, 600% faster onboarding and training of the walkout team, 2.8x faster turnaround of revised construction plans by network design teams, 1500% increase in field data capture, and 40% increase in early error detection (preconstruction IFDVs).

- Cofounder of a childcare company that became one of the largest full-time infant care providers in MA, raised $6M Series A, acquired by Higher Ground Education in 2019. CozyKin matched 2-3 families with 1 W2-employed, Montessori-trained caregiver, who provided care for 2-3 babies simultaneously in 1 family’s home. Led user research, design of matching algorithms, sales, and operations. Achieved ~80% match success rate and ~25% sales conversion from phone call to deal-close, despite 50+ variables.- Harvard Business School New Venture Competition: 2nd place & Crowd Favorite. - Lead Design Mentor on healthcare innovation team that's led to the creation of 50+ startups with $250M+ in funding across 30+ countries. Mentored 400+ pre-seed teams on healthcare business challenges, buying process, experiments to prove stakeholder value, user-centered design, and rapid prototyping.- Course Mentor for Healthcare Ventures class at MIT Sloan School of Management by invitation of professors. Worked with MBAs & PhDs in 2015 to commercialize 3D printed polypill technology (now Multiply Labs - https://multiplylabs.com/). Selected in team of 8 to represent MIT to Singapore Ministry of Health in partnership with IDA, A*STAR, SMART, and EDB.

BollyX is a Bollywood inspired dance-fitness company that started out of MIT in the summer of 2013. In 2 years, it's grown to be in 20+ states. Winner of Harvard Business School's “Most Innovative” award in the 2015 Global New Venture Competition.

MediaMath is a $1b+ “unicorn”; programmatic marketing/advertising company.- Developed a segment sizing service & API to process 50 GB/hr using Cassandra and Python. Used custom query language to help design the data retrieval and storage system, which handles data for several hundred million users.- One of first 8 software engineers on team acquired from Akamai to build Data Management Platform from ground up."MediaMath's Data Infrastructure team is responsible for the processing, storage, analysis, and visualization of massive amounts of user data. We're building the next generation of globally distributed, fault-tolerant and highly available systems to handle and extract real marketing value from the billions of events streaming into our system in real-time every day."

Worked with MIT faculty to research how healthcare startup accelerators can improve outcomes for millennial entrepreneurs with pre-seed/seed level startups. Consulted for CIMIT based on interviews with over 50 entrepreneurs, accelerator leaders, scientists, and healthcare executives.

- Designed fraud tool that blocked ~50 Russian bride scams from being sent to millions of people. - Selected as only intern to work directly with Director of Compliance on software tools for fraud prevention.

Adapted Shopify as founders grew food startup into 16-person team at Harvard Business School.

(Patented) Novel personalized learning interface for rapid learning of professional software. Created new features for users and developers to visualize learning, identify potential knowledge areas, improve design processes, create tutorials, and integrate with existing user community.

Interned with the team in the early stages of BostInnovation and Pinyadda. Researched and reached out to bloggers and writers to get more content. Founders grew BostInno to become the most popular news source for local tech innovation in Boston.
