A modern Australian success story as a certified unicorn, Linktree connects audiences across platforms for a more seamless user experience.Reporting directly to the CPO/CTO, I joined Linktree as the sole Product Manager in the then <50 team during a stage of exponential employee & location expansion. My core responsibilities centred around the transition to product-specific tooling to enable centralised collaboration & prioritisation. This involved engaging with senior stakeholders to determine appropriate architecture for documenting current and future product development including the creation of a robust product roadmap. I engaged with senior leaders in business, design, development, product & marketing to document new features & prioritise these for development within our new digital system.---Founded in 2016, Linktree is the trusted tech platform that connects audiences to the online ecosystems of brands, celebrities, creators and causes.A key tool in the marketing tech stack, Linktree is used by high profile users from Selena Gomez, Jessica Alba and Arnold Schwarzenegger, to big brands like HBO and Shopify. As a Product Manager I worked concurrently on multiple projects to assist our team in running regular sprint processes and our clients in validating and building their products at various stages of the product lifecycle including facilitating workshops to elicit requirements, high-touch engagement with stakeholders to ensure appropriate trajectory, project scheduling and burn as well as client confidence.

Common Code is a collection of designers, product managers and application developers that partner to with you to build great better products & better teams. Common Code specialise in #Django, #Python #React & #Cloud infrastructure along with a complementary ecosystem of technologies and languages.As a team Collective Manager, I was responsible for my "Collective", acting as the link between individuals and the company. Responsibilities including project scheduling for team members, conducting 1-1s, retros, weekly team meetings as well as conducting biannual reviews and assisting with OKR goal-setting and professional development. As part of the Collective Manager responsibilities, I was also included as part of the Leadership Group responsible for governance including business strategy & development.

As the Learning and Community Manager, I built processes to improve professional development outcomes for staff as well as the broader tech community, particularly in Melbourne. In my first year, I facilitated over 80 events including meetups, tech talks, NFP workshops and womens lunches. A significant portion of my time as Learning & Community Manager was focused on the end-to-end management and educational design of In Common, a LaunchVic funded founder education program. The In Common course had 6 iterations of a six-week crash-course in tech aimed at founders and c-suite staff over a 1 year period. In Common had over 150 applicants and taught over 70 successful tech founders from over 30 startups. My responsibilities included consulting with technical Principals on learning design and content, using SAAS applications to build an application process, running through the application process with each of the applicants whilst also ensuring a pipeline of applicants as well as other Project Managment tasks for the successful outcomes of each of the 6 cohorts. In addition to my work on In Common, I organised and supported team members for a fortnight 'brown bag' session know as Common Code Learns, reinstated a womxns lunch and fostered the further development of the internal OKR process used today by staff for their learning & development.During this time I was also involved in community events and meetups, predominantly as the lead organiser, for MelbDjango, as part of Common Codes commitment to fostering diversity within the tech industry including MusesCodeJS (formerly NodeGirls), DjangoGirls and Peer to Peer learning night.

Django Girls inspires people to fall in love with programming by organizing free Python & Django workshops, creating open-sourced online tutorials and curating amazing first experiences with technology.Django Girls is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization and community that provides identifying women a pathway into the world of technology by organizing free one-day programming workshops. During each of our events, 30-60 individuals build their first web application using HTML, CSS, Python & Django.

Participation in an annual charity rally that emphasises adventure, acceptance and the global community as roughly 200 teams of people load into their cars to travel from London, UK to Ulaan Bator, Mongolia. Each year, participating teams are required to raise at least 1000 pounds for charity, donating to the Adventurist designated and personal charities.
