I also conducted research to identify the best practices for creating a frictionless user experience, which includes: brand perception, information architecture, interaction design, and service design. On the side, I also research and write about current trends around insurances and the services their offer in the German market. A brand of handmade accessories. During the course of my bachelor studies, I started designing and selling handmade products with different materials and techniques. It gained a lot of attention from the public and the local press. Through this project, I learned a lot about the process of creating and merchandising a product, from the conceptualization to production, promotion and sales.

URBE is a private university founded in 1989 with about 26,000 undergraduate students and 1120 teachers.Tasks: Preparation and teaching of the module "Print Media Management", which consists of 16 academic hours with a group of about 15 students. Program content: Preparation and design of budgets, invoices and portfolios for print media design.

Main areas: branding, editorial, illustration and promotional design for events.

Three colleagues and I organized this event in Maracaibo. The idea was to present a series of talks, forums, and workshops related to graphic design and illustration, and to build a community for sharing ideas about current trends and tools. The identity was designed based on the name for the event, which is a wordplay with the verbs "say", "teach", and "design".

Every year the Oktoberfest is presented by the German Club in Maracaibo. I was hired to organize a crafts market, to be part of the activities that were part of it. Besides that, I also designed different pieces for the place, which included an installation for the pool. The idea was to place words on the walls, windows, and floor, so people could interact with them and take pictures. At the same time, since social media is quite popular in Venezuela, the posted pictures served to promote the event.

The Centro de Bellas Artes de Maracaibo is a cultural center with two exhibition halls and a theater for about 600 people.Tasks: + Conceptualization and design of printed and web promotional material for events: posters, flyers, brochures, invitations, banners, images for web, among others. + Design of institutional material: schedules, calendars, folders, tags, certificates, computer graphics, among others. + Graphic design for exhibitions.
