• Was in charge of managing and maintaining all hardware and software at a Career and Technical Academy over a network that included over a thousand classroom computers, servers, printers, projectors, software, etc. Imaged classroom computers over the network with the new updated software. This allowed for the continual use of computers for the students to complete their curriculum.• Taught IT Essentials and Networking. Presented ideas in user-friendly language to 120 students. Prepared students to approach computer lab assignments and projects with increased confidence and understanding of the material necessary for completion.• Worked in computer labs where IMac, MacMini, and MacBook Pro computers were serviced and maintained.• Assisted Magnet team to resolve problems with hardware that saved the department thousands of dollars in the purchase of new equipment.• Built an entire classroom of 40 new computers imaged from a single master.
