As I grew within the company taking on more responsibilities — I transitioned into the role of Lead Product Designer.• Designing Arc Pulse for iPhone 15 (across all models: Pro Max, Pro, Plus & Standard) was the focal point of the summer projects in 2023. Tens of thousands units are sold, and their acclaim extended to influential tech reviewers. Notably, Technically Tee, a prominent YouTuber renowned for reviewing phone accessories and with over 100k subscribers, provided an outstanding review.• In early 2024 took place the design and development of Arc Pulse for Samsung S24 Ultra, representing an enhanced and refined version compared to its previous generations. My responsibilities for this project remained consistent with those of the previous ones. After finalizing the CAD design and development process, I dedicated a few days to crafting the render shown below. In Arc, I started as a Product Designer in February 2023. By March, I was fully immersed in projects, tasked with designing Arc Pulse for both Samsung S22 Ultra and Samsung S23 Ultra.• I was responsible for carrying out the entire design and development process in CAD, while maintaining constant communication with manufacturing to ensure our designs adhered to CNC specifications (the cases are made of aluminum). • Other tasks were also creating 3D renderings of the cases including the device, generating technical documentation with manufacturing drawings, and conducting measuring and testing to ensure the CNC prototypes met our standards; alongside contributing to other projects for Naya during the same period.

I've taken part in the design and development team of Naya Create, an innovative keyboard designed for digital creators.• In February 2023, I joined the team as a Mechanical Engineer & Product Designer. Over the course of 2023 and 2024, I've been involved in two significant projects: Naya Float and Travel Case, alongside contributing to other projects for Arc during this period.• Naya Float: I've been involved in the CAD development of the mechanism enabling movement with six degrees of freedom: X, Y, Z, yaw, pitch and roll. Additionally, we've conducted extensive testing with various 3D printing materials and techniques to align with our priorities and requirements. I've also conducted simulations utilizing Finite Element Analysis to obtain numerical values of displacement/rotation when force is applied. This process allowed us to fine-tune the model before 3D printing different prototype variations.• Travel Case: I've been involved in the CAD development of the Travel Case for Naya Create, designed to accommodate both halves of the keyboard, all 4 modules, and even includes a small storage space for USB cables and tools. Additionally, I've contributed to the Color Material Finish (CMF) decisions for this product. The design process involved extensive surfacing modeling, particularly in contouring the surfaces of the travel case to precisely match Naya Create’s unique sculpted keycap profile. Ensuring a snug fit, the case is designed to nestle the keyboard and all modules, providing optimal protection during transport.• Recognitions: The Naya team has been showcasing Naya Create at some of the most significant annual tech events, including SXSW, Flush, CES, and soon, TNW. CES has honored Naya two years in a row (2023-2024). I joined the Philips Male & Grooming Packaging team in Drachten, Netherlands.
