I am a certified integrative nutrition health coach and wellness workshop presenter and lecturer trained at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition school in the world, and a mom of one little sweet girl. I started my career as a French teacher and still enjoy working with kids to this day. However my passion for healthy nutrition and wellness drove me to pursue an education in the field of health coaching. And I was able to cure my irritable bowel syndrome and manage my thyroid condition just by adding simple lifestyle changes and diet adjustments.
