As a confident communicator with the ability to influence and quickly build rapport, I enjoy motivating others to reach their true business and personal potential and this is the most rewarding aspect of management for me. I strive to be a role model for the behaviours and ethos that are in the DNA of Canon. I’m conscientious, results focussed and ambitious with a desire to over achieve. My previous operational management experience, outside the HR discipline, gives me a greater insight and enables me to better relate to my colleagues.I have two lovely daughters, I'm an avid home baker, music lover, I love to read and constantly crave knowledge and learning. I thrive on variety and operate more effectively managing a number of different activities at the same time in my work and in my personal life.
