As a Senior Immigration Case Manager, I administered case management services for the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP), an Alternative to Detention Program for immigrants with the Department of Homeland Security. My role consisted of supervising ISAP Participants upon their release from detention by administering ISAP program policies and procedures as defined by the Department of Homeland Security.I coordinated and administered individual service plans for ISAP Participants based on a case-by-case basis in accordance with federal immigration regulations and ISAP program requirements. I conducted intake enrollments for the program, administered interviews in Spanish and English, and oversaw the use of technology services which included installing biometric facial recognition monitoring equipment, voice recognition equipment, and/or GPS ankle monitoring equipment. Additionally, I identified the individual needs of Participants in the ISAP program to connect them with community resources based on vulnerabilities and needs to assure proper living conditions for up to 250 individual ISAP participants.

As a Culinary Specialist in the Ohio Army National Guard, I Provided technical guidance to lower enlisted soldiers and evaluated soldier performance In compliance with Army Food Service Operations in adherence to the United States Military TB MED 530, Tri-Service Food Code.While in this position I administered the preparation of meals that ranged from 50 to 600 Army soldiers at once and ensured food protection and sanitation measures were followed both in the field and in accordance with the Garrison field operations. I Received and properly stored food items from suppliers,and performed preventative maintenance on Garrison and field kitchen equipment. While serving in this Position I met all Ohio Army National Guard requirements, which included training one weekend a month, 2 weeks of annual training, annual weapons qualifications, and passing annual Army Physical Fitness Tests.
