About Hieu LeBy the age of 10, Hieu was forced to adapt to an adult world of responsibilities after the separation of his parents. Growing up in a tough environment, Hieu learned many hard lessons maneuvering his way through life as a pre-teen fending for his family. He soon realized that a minimum wage, hourly job was not sufficient to support his mother and younger brothers.Hieu's "go getter" attitiude and determination to support the family naturally lead him to the world of sales. His experience in sales started off innocently, selling packets of dry noodles and juice boxes at the school playground for fun. However, as the dependence of his family became more evident and crucial during his highschool years, sales soon progressed to hand held electronics, car parts, computers, and even vehicles. The committment to his family and resilient work ethic at a young age was a valuable factor in building Hieu's solid foundation in sales and entrepreneurship.As a young adult, Hieu continued to seek an opportunity that could change the financial history of his family. Often aspiring to be a businessman working in a corporate environment, Hieu finally found the potential in a business his younger brother had discovered. With his brother's promotion to owner in the business, this sparked Hieu to make a decision to move across the country and join the business himself. After all, if his brother could be successful in the business, he could to.Under the mentorship of John Black in Moncton, New Brunswick, Hieu began his sales and leadership training. He grew to become the sharp well spoken businesssman that he aspired to be. In 20 months, Hieu was progressively promoted to leader, assistant manager, and finally an owner. Along the way, Hieu developed a team of 12 dedicated, hardworking, and determined individuals, the key factor to his promotion of ownership, and all of who make up Concord Concepts today.
