The system follow a structure of a program where a small step can be retracted into a larger steps. Allow the learner to see the over view of the process, as simple headings, when its fully retracted. Then learn about the process in more details as they expand a level at a time.National SIM Reporting:- Working with the regions (Project Engineers from: SA,NT,WA,VIC, and NSW) to align reporting time and format of the Data. To Export the data from 1 common database- Generalised the process to improve data accuracy- Create a more efficient analysing process. Study the existing formula for a deeper understanding of the old analysing process. Debugging, Improving and Simplifying the formula- Assisting the regions to understand and see trends in their input data- Provide feedback to the regions about their data inaccuracy. To continue to further improve themWMC Reporting:- Speak to every team member to have a basic understanding on their role and how they operate. Calibrate the time matrix that best represent the time required per task to improve on the accuracy of the performance score

Workflow Coordinating Of Initial Stages:- Engage all relevant parties to confirm their contact details. Obtain any special requirements before starting each project- Carry out background checks on individual site/property- Follow up with outstanding actions with the External Parties (Clients, Building Managers, Councils, Roads/Rails Authority, Airport, Government's Authority, etc)- Follow up with outstanding queries from the External Parties with Internal Team (the Engineers, Schedulers, Designers, Supervisors, Subcontractors, etc) - Be the communication between External and Internal Parties- Alert the Internal Team on projects that are ready for the scoping and design process. Keep Relevant External Parties Updated- Pause and Resume Project Day CountWorkflow Coordinating Of Final Stages:- Review the Design- Inform the relevant external parties for approvals. e.g. Clients and Building Manager's approval for any work on and inside their property; Airport Authority and Council's approval for works on their land- Follow up on outstanding actions. Pause and resume Project Day Count Accordingly- Inform the Internal Project Team on projects that are ready for the construction process. Keep the relevant External Parties UpdatedNational "SIM" Reporting:- Collect Milestone Dates of all Relevant Programs from different sources - Analyse them to check for inaccuracy and invalid dates- Working with the Project Engineers of each regions to correcting the milestone dates- Analyse trends and assist the regions with a list of projects that need to focus on- Output the data into similar groups, under requested format, for Partner Company’s Analysing BOT- Clarified data trends and errors up on requestWMC Performance Reporting:- Collect Relevant Data from the database and individual submission to analyse- Double check and calculate the performances of the WMC team and of each team member - Report to the WMC Managers and clarify the calculation upon request
