I am a Director in PwC’s Value Creation in Deals team, specialising in supporting clients with operational aspects of deals.I focus on delivering Operational Due Diligence, Value Creation and Separation & Integration engagements for private equity and corporate clients on transactions ranging from $300m to $100bn in value.I have worked on numerous Buyside Operational due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients to help them understand the key operational challenges and risks, as well as the potential upsides or synergies for their proposed transactions, including quantifying how these will impact their investment case.I also have extensive experience working on Carve-out transactions, from due diligence of managements standalone operating model and separation plans to providing pre-deal separation advice and support through the due diligence process to clients who are preparing a business for sale.I spent 5 years in London working for top tier private equity and corporate clients and now work in the Melbourne office.
