As an openly Gay, Autistic/ADHD/NVLD individual living with chronic mental health conditions, trauma-informed mental health/neurodiversity, DEI, community, and neutrality are what I am passionate about in all my work through delivery, training and facilitation. With 12+ years combined experience in guest experience, yoga/fitness studio management, office services, teaching/mentoring/training others through yoga, retail leadership and podcasting, I am looking to create an impact in my industries through these as a foundation and empower other's to unlock and embody their best versions of themselves.Retail: I'm an INFJ-A, Aquarian born leader with experience in management, direction and operations within the yoga/fitness & technical performance retail industries ranging from independent, non-profit and corporate. I also wrote most of the episode descriptions and wrote the text for our newly established website. I helped to co-manage the Instagram channel for the podcast and continue to reach out to potential guests in the industries and communities of mental health, sexuality, gender and entertainment (with an emphasis on reality TV personalities.)● Available on all major platforms including YouTube, Apple/Google Podcasts, Spotify and Buzzsprout!
