Current• Preform full HR recruitment cycle for various IT positions such as Information security, communication, system, Software and hardware development• Social media recruiter (Facebook, LinkedIn), Head hunting (mostly through LinkedIn).• High interviewing skills – both frontal and by phone. • Preparing and negotiating salary proposals for selected candidates. • Training new employees on computerized systems (such as attendance reports).• Providing services for employees; welfare, Labor laws, attendance reports etc.Recruiter
