Liaise with clients & third parties to ensure approval process runs smoothly. Ensure all applications are compliant & are processed efficiently. Discuss loan scenarios with third parties. Extensive knowledge of the credit & lending process.Database management including marketing & workflows. Credit & employment checks. Loan Variations & dispute resolution.

Responsible for the loan submissions & all actions until settlement, dealing with clients, solicitors, Real Estate & valuers.
