Areas of focus include establishing a cross-disciplinary credentialing system for treatment professionals, developing targeted online training in early identification and intervention, leading key national partnerships, and overseeing delivery of annual conference. Includes line management of admin and events functions.

Developing and delivering workforce capacity building strategies for professionals across a range of sectors and industries, with a focus on best practice in eating disorder prevention, treatment and support. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop best practice frameworks, professional development and targeted resources to deliver evidence-based information to professionals in health, education, community and allied sectors.

Leading a project to identify and advocate for the community needs and priorities for residents of the Ascot Vale Housing Estate and other users of services based on the estate, in light of the planned redevelopment of the entire site. This role includes consideration of both social, community and built environment needs, as well as change management with a diverse and vulnerable population and the personnel who support them.Additional project focused on developing a policy for advocacy regarding the safety needs of the local community, with regards to built environment, social planning and violence prevention.

Leading a project to identify and meet the needs of workers in the national jobactive programme to act as effective first responders and provide appropriate support to job seekers experiencing family violence. Includes in-depth stakeholder needs analysis and development of a suite of Toolbox Talks and other resources including an "industry standard" action plan for intervention with clients in need.

Strategic communications role, responsible for corporate communication development and effective delivery of content to the diverse Victorian disability sector in a rapidly changing environment.
