Consult on strategy and operations for novel emotional intelligence initiative.* Coach leaders on aligning purpose and priorities to drive key results* Execute full needs assessment and evaluation original SEL offerings and approaches at the University to determine short and long-term strategic goals.* Influence stakeholder adoption by using external and internal research impact data to communicate value of SEL to Senior Leadership.* Partner with University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center to translate their original face-to-face program to remote learning, hybrid, and digital formats, so that it could be scaled across a large, remote organization and accessed during COVID, leading to reduction in perceived stress. * Consult on inclusion of SEL skills in student readiness assessment and developed aligned student-facing skills interventions to increase self-management, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence skills with first-year college students.* Lead strategy, operations and measurement of Mindfulness Program for employees, resulting in >90% satisfaction and value-to-job ratings* Guide integration of SEL content within College Summits, internal and external communications, new employee and manger onboarding, and general training products* Guide integration of SEL Skills Framework within orientation, student readiness assessments, faculty-student interactions, Course Playbooks, and Student Success Centers.

District-level social and emotional learning (emotional intelligence) consultant, responsible for influencing transformative change through coaching, team development and design and delivery of innovative professional development •Design, develop and deliver and project-manage 50+ trainings (blended, face-to-face, on-going series, large-scale seminars and workshops) to meet the analyzed needs of 500+ educators and leaders.
