I am a general practice Chartered Surveyor with an FRICS qualification, working across all sectors of commercial property. I have a wide range of experience and skills, through working both in private practice and in a client-side capacity. I am used to managing people at all levels and I have a reputation for understanding and driving individuals in a supportive manner.My specialist areas are Business Rates and Property Valuation, and I have had substantial involvement in retail property strategy. I have handled a number of property contract tenders including Rating, Valuation, Property Management and Landlord and Tenant, on both sides of the fence.
