• Experience in 2D cell culture
• Experience in 3D cell culture in a synthetic hydrogel
• Experience with RNA isolation (TRIzol, RNeasy kit), cDNA synthesis and qPCR
• Performed multiple proliferation assays (WST-1, MTT, PicoGreen)

• Reviewing the role of circular RNA as a biomarker, drug and drug target in cancer. Developed skills in:
