• Responsible for marketing budget, marketing plan BNL, local events, client meetings, ...• Guide communication agency regarding PR and media buying• Follow-up on and coordinate (translations of) brochures, flyers, mailings, …• Customer service aspect: Responsible for forecasting offset plates BNL customers through direct contact with customers, factory, central planning• Contact person European supply chain, central planning, customer service• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports (Data from SAP) to support sales in reaching targets

• General support to Managing Director: mails, appointments, travels, …• Member Management Team Benelux to ensure follow-up on actions• Office Management Benelux entity : general support, internal communication & personnel events, office needs, …• Support to marketing events Benelux

• General support: mails, appointments, travel, coordinate mission of department, …• Prepare marketing analyses (via Siebel/Excel)• For the department: travel arrangements, organisation of international meetings, international concalls, …

• General support to consultants: agenda, travels, prepare presentations & reports, …• Project secretary for large projects: participate in client meetings, prepare analyses & reports, …• Marketing support: organise client events, coordinate newsletter, contact person communication agency• Organise internal meetings, teambuilding activities, trainings, …• First line IT support: MS Office, installation PCs, solve print problems, …• Contact person telecom: Mobile phones, carkits, ADSL requests, telephone central• Contact person IT suppliers/repair offices (repairs/orders hardware, printers, …)
