I has spent the last couple of years selling for Pronto Softwares, PRONTO-Xi ERP product. Given my background in business and systems, I am not only able to understand many of the issues faced by my customers, I have past experiences that I can personally share. I have also dealt with many diverse clients in industries from funiture, automotive, electrical, constuction, retail and many more.I have also had a background in project management within the ERP environment. Prior to moving to Sales I managed many projects for both internal, and external clients, so understands the issues faced by both parties. I understand the project life cycle very well and it’s impact on organisations from a change management view point.Prior to a move to project management Mark was responsible for successful software implementations into various industries including publishing, construction, exhibitions and television.  Mark’s business awareness and interest in software led to the change in career path whereby he consulted for several years with other ERP providers.  Mark is a strong team player and a good communicator which serves him well in his project management capacity. Mark is qualified under the PRINCE2 standard for project management.
