Led team of four managers and thirty bargaining unit employees through large organizational change when instituting a new inventory management system. Developed and implemented processes and training plans. Gained extensive experience with technical business requirements documentation, QA testing and implementation for custom-designed inventory software.

Led large-scale projects and strategies to support rapid growth and development of Powell’s website, Powells.com. Developed sales forecasts for web division, created budget and oversaw finance department. Fostered strategic partnerships and negotiated contracts with outside resources and vendors. Worked in close collaboration with IT, Marketing and Operations Departments to meet the needs of a quickly growing business.
