My practice focuses on estate planning for a variety of family structures and financial goals, including wills and trusts, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills, special needs planning; probate estate and trust administration; as well as incapacity, elder law and Medicaid planning.

Focus on on strategies for planning for various family structures and family owned business assets; working with clients to plan for incapacity as well as benefits eligibility, as part of estate planning and asset management. Working on a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial financing, lease issues, eminent domain, and residential and commercial real estate acquisitions.
