Grew sales by engaging key accounts and establishing large annual contracts with companies such as: theme parks, large municipal water authorities, and EPA compliance firms. Also served as training lead and assisted 5 employees in learning the ins and outs of selling at Hanna Instruments. This led to a project in the second half of 2015 where I worked with a team of fellow employees to develop the company's first Onboarding Program which included a week long sales training.

Worked with marketing department and international affairs. Tasks included: developing social media accounts for company, writing Press Releases, developing a blog, and writing business plan expanding relationship with partners in China (this included a Sales Commission Agreement, and numerous phone conferences). My work with China also extended the opportunity for me to visit Shenzhen, China in January 2012. My work in marketing enabled me to launch rebranding efforts of the company's tooling sector. Responsibilities included: redesigning trade show booth, brochure, business cards, and creating press releases to coincide with current rebranding. Following its completion, the company used the same process to expand and rebrand the aerospace sector.
