Special Projects Coordinator
CurrentJack of all trades. Mostly handle all accounts payable with inputting all invoices from vendors and writing checks with occasional billing to clients/customers. Purchase operations supplies and building upgrade/improvement items. Rotate as Manager on Duty for events ranging from trade shows to concerts including settling with promoters at the end of concerts and working closely with promoters to ensure events go smoothly. Create spreadsheets from accounting system and timeclock for employees and put together reports with that data.
