Managed team of three fellows executing government reform projects in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Colorado focused on homelessness and performance management. Also led redesign and implementation of internal GPL operations processes and content for hiring, onboarding, and training; designed and facilitated GPL-wide professional development curriculum and training sessions.

Handled contract negotiations in three Pay for Success/Social Impact Bond projects totaling $36 million. Managed projects with six city governments improving contracting and procurement policy by using data analysis to identify trends and performance measures for better contract management. Managed feasibility studies in Medicaid offices in Washington, New Mexico, and New York exploring potential federal payments for social determinants of health through delivery of supportive housing services in conjunction with a robust evaluation of service performance. Presented findings and facilitated sessions at social services innovation conferences.
