A seasoned entertainment & arts professional with more than 10 years of experience in venue marketing overseeing strategy and sales tactics for events at Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Budgeting: develop and oversee $2m departmental budget; create and oversee all individual show advertising budgets for both Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP (more than 100 titles/artists per season). Sales: develop sales strategies and advertising campaigns that have generated more than $20 million in revenue over one season.Media buying: manage local media partnerships and direct the practices of negotiating and buying paid media for all organization projects.Goal setting: work with programming teams at Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP to review and analyze past performances and trends to determine ticket pricing, revenue potential and sales goals.Promotions: generate and execute promotional campaigns with radio & TV partners, local businesses and social media influencers.Subscription management: oversee annual subscription campaigns, direct efforts to retain subscribers and upgrade single ticketholders, manage rollout and tactics.Digital marketing: direct the strategy for digital efforts including website content and optimization, email marketing, social media, search and paid web campaigns. Supervision and mentorship: develop, lead, train, evaluate and support a team of six, ensuring that they have the needed skills to achieve goals. Serve as a liaison for executive team, external stakeholders and department heads.Creative management: advise creative team to ensure that design and messaging is consistent with goals. Maintain a steady grasp on marketing assets available in order to maximize marketing impact. Work with creative director to ensure that deadlines are met and that deliverables reach their final destination in given timeframe. Data analysis: on-going surveys, research and analysis of patron behaviors, demographics and buying patterns to create efficient sales strategies. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies to achieve desired results.Cross department coordination: work with box office and public relations teams to execute the highest levels of customer service. Consult and advise departments including development, food & beverage and others on marketing-related projects as needed.
