Manage administration and coordination of company benefit programs including health, COBRA, flexible spending account, 401(k), FMLA. Work closely with third party vendors in reference to claims and billing. Manage and coordinate new employee orientation and open enrollment. Conduct annual health fair. Manage and maintain employee personnel records and in compliance.Process all employment changes such as new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes, etc. Manage ADP HRIS and create reports as needed. Administer payroll processes for multi-state, semi-monthly pay-roll. Ensure compliance with state and local taxes. Implemented a new payroll vendor (Fidelity Investments). Maintain Time & Attendance and Payroll System

Review and process electronic timesheets on ADP EzLabor system. Provide guidance, consultation, and assistance to employees and managers regarding a variety of benefits such as: Medical/Dental coverage, LOA, FMLA, STD & LTD, SFA/DCA, and first report of injury for Worker’s Compensation. Assist applicants with SF86 security clearance forms and CAC cards.
