The team competes in the the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) and are members of the Northeast Conference. • Coach student athletes on the development and organization of plays, drills, and individual technique for their mental/physical growth and development.• Recruit high quality student athletes in the New Jersey and Central Maryland territories using marketing materials, skill evaluation, letter writing, cold calling, email, and face-to-face communication.• Monitor the academic progress of players to ensure they maintain eligibility. Effectively communicate with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff.• Collaborates with the defensive Coordinator for practice plans, game plans, film breakdowns, and play book updates.• Assist with coaching operations such as travel, fundraising, and recruiting visits.
