Assisted in the development of new Garmentcare products, mainly through assembly and fabrication of prototypes and product testing.Assembled and fabricated several prototypes for a number of projects. Resolution of prototypes ranged from manufactured parts to proof-of-concepts fabricated from salvaged components.Carried out an image-based fabric study by using image differentiation to attempt to quantify burn damage by comparing difference between original and scorched samples.

Intern under the MakerAcademy department of OneMaker Group.Tasks Completed:Developed Digital Fabrication and CAD content, learning material and kits for several courses. Conducted and supported various lessons and courses for primary to tertiary students as well as tertiary educators and interested co-workers. Content of courses ranged from digital fabrication, design thinking and making, as well as facilitation for the understanding of volunteer programme development.Co-Fabricated Maker Academy's MakerFaire2016 Booth Set Up. ____________OneMaker Group has given me the opportunity to develop my confidence as a facilitator, programme designer and content producer for courses. Other than understanding the various business decisions, planning and community involvement roles, I have also been given a chance to hone my design capabilities in assisting in the production of various kits and setups for a number of events. I will always remember my experiences with OneMaker Group; all the long nights and hectic schedules, deep meetings and mind bending discussions, and especially the team who have all helped me to develop an understanding of the world through the eyes of a startup. Yishun Fire Station

NSF Section Commander at Yishun Fire Station.As a section commander, very adept at and frequently led 4-man teams to respond to various civil emergencies such as fires, traffic accidents, persons trapped etc. Well-versed in producing initial fire reports as required by SCDF FIU for fire incidents. Organized training and drills for new personnel entering the station, and, when required, for reservist personnel on station tours as well. Awarded Service Excellence for being part of the team behind a successful Year-End Function in Dec 2012.
