I work as a disputes lawyer being senior associate in charge of A and A’s Banking and Finance and Tax practice. My past work experience lends me a deep insight into banking and finance, corporate disputes, tax and corporate criminal matters and strategize and appear in white collar defence matters. I regularly appear across courts and forums including the High Court, NCLT, RERA and REAT and subordinate courts on the disputes side. On the advisory side I work with companies including on complex real estate transactions, advise cash management companies, Banks and governmental / PSU transactions.
