Created an online platform for students/adults to get mentoring from the best coaches in a particular domain. Our first set of classes was in Chess where we created masterclass courses with the best in the domain to be supported with LIVE classes as well.

I co founded a company offering IT enabled services to Indian K-12 schools. My role in the organisation was the following1. Do sales and create sales processes.2. Creating marketing activities to meaningfully engage prospective clients. AchievementsIn 14 months, we were able to test a prototype successfully with one school, implement the service in 10 schools and create an engagement platform reaching out to 400 schools.Learning1. The most important one is to be able to peek into the Indian k-12 sector. The advantage of servicing the schools catering to the youngest and biggest population of the world and the constraints of dealing with a relatively new and disorganised sector.2. The importance of partners in a sector which is still driven by relationships.3. Understanding the challenges in the life of a school principal and the exciting opportunity of becoming their training and development partner. Which resulted into foundation of next company 'EduExcellence'.

My responsibilities include1. Offer sound financial plans to high net worth Individual clients of the bank.2. Bringing additional revenue from the existing relationships by selling third party products.
