At Dextres, we believe that Teaching profession is at the source of all professions, Teaching as a profession is yet to get its due in every way possible If we can improve the quality of teachers, we can change the world. Dextres is an operating system to create world class educators, educators who are capable of bringing a difference. It stems from the fact that to become skillful at any profession you need 1. Exposure to cutting edge research and practices deployed across the world. 2. Opportunity to practice and hone your skills in a controlled environment. This is an established and proven method, it has been used for decades to produce good doctors and pilots. We believe that teachers also deal with lives, it is one profession which can single handedly change the complexion of the world we are living in. We also believe that we are not bringing enough rigour and resources in preparing our teachers. Therefore we should bring the best of the people, curriculum, methods and technology for them. Hence you will see some of the most accomplished (& most importantly passionate) educationalist working together at Dextres to create this Ecosystem. Some are writing curriculum, some are being coaches, some are working with our partner schools around the globe and some are speaking with you. The idea is to provide our educators an environment and support system where nothing but excellence breeds.
