• Conduct Pre-KAP (Knowledge Attitude and Practices) and Post-KAP survey on Livestock Management (LM) and Crop Management, Poultry management to assess and compare change in the project villages. M&E Officer will be coordinated to prepare KAP tools.• Prepare LM, FFS and Poultry Management training manual and session plans, on the basis of KAP results and recommendations from local livestock department. • Support Logistics to design IEC material including posters on livestock and Agriculture management.• Prepare field plans in coordination with Project Manager to conduct LMT, FFS and Poultry Management in the targeted project villages.• Provide technical support to beneficiaries on management of Seed, Kitchen gardening installation diseases, immunization and suggest advices after examination of their livestock.• To develop IEC material including short technical advices on LM, FFS etc. in local language (Sindhi). • To extend regular support to M&E in conducting different research studies including post distribution monitoring (PDM), LM training reports and sharing with line manager (PC). • Develop/extend linkages of local community with Livestock department, Agriculture Department and other service providers to get support in the immunization (vaccination/deworming), clinical examination days and suggest treatments for the improvement of livestock and Poultry Birds. • Support livestock department in the organizing livestock vaccination/deworming events in the targeted villages and to ensure that all beneficiaries may vaccinate their livestock to protect them from seasonal diseases.
