Helping the shops to reach their monthly target and also archiving the monthly targets of the month for the department. The Handicraft department was doing $550,000 per year and below their yearly targets, but once i got in the system i took in charge of placing orders for with suppliers and timely follow up for deliveries and having them supplied to stores and having backup stock ready as well. The sales went up $900,000 the following year and having all shops reaching their targets and doing well then onward. With the change of the internal work structure in the back office i given chance to head the categories of Handicraft, Survivors & FMCG.Comparison of sales & targets for previous years, I had developed a plan and divided my team with 2 groups for each of the categories. Buying & Retail team, this is to avoid confusion and overlook at shops as now there were 24 shops that we had to managed and be responsible for their target achievement, Having discussion with suppliers and having documentation for all conversation and orders and having new product development to meet the local market, this was very important part of my job and i would be reporting directly to the directors and senior managers. Also made visits to the store in person with my workmates to check and discuss with about product information and sales targets
