• Experience of working with major EPC like EIL, Technip,Toyo, Thyssenkrupp, ISGEC, Avant Garde, Thermax, Mesto-Outotec etc.• Sizing and Selection: Carry out sizing of valves and elements such as FCV, orifice, venturi, Coriolis, vortex, and turbine meters.• Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of various standards like ISA 5.1, ISA 75 Series, ASME PTC 19.3 TW, ISO 5167, ISO 15377 etc.• Specification and Review: Create technical specifications, assess proposals, and review general arrangement and wiring drawings for PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, and control panels.• Inspection and FAT: Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at vendor locations, ensuring compliance with specifications during installation and commissioning.• Process Input: Create control narratives, logic diagrams, and cause-and-effect diagrams, and participate in HAZOP.

• Datasheet Preparation: Create datasheets for various instrumentation components, including control valves, flow meters, transmitters, gauges, switches, actuated valves, damper actuators, flame scanners, igniters, and analyzers.• Design Deliverables: Develop and review key design documents such as P&IDs, instrument index, I/O lists, JB and cable schedules, cable tray layouts, cable sizing, hookup drawings, loop lists, SLD diagrams, and power distribution system diagrams• Cross Functional Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals to ensure they meet design standards and collaborate with clients, vendors, and licensors to resolve technical issues.• Standardization: Develop consistent formats, procedures, and reports for instrument datasheets, deliverables, and panels, leading to improved accuracy and a 20% time savings.
