Responsibilities:-Sourcing Potential Candidates and creating a poll by initial recruiting through different channels.-Handling end-to-end recruitment up to OG cadre within approved budget.-Induction Training of newly joined employees.-Prepare Daily HR Dashboard and present it to the management.-Handling day to day operations of HR.-Prepare and issue Experience, Promotion, Appointment & Confirmation Letters.-Preparation of full & Final settlement.-Develop employees engagement plan and execute accordingly.-Prepare monthly PRM which has to be present to CEO.-Managing Employee Relations effectively such as Employee Discipline, Grievance Handling, Motivation and Conflict Resolution.-Creating Gender Diversity by hiring 20% female of total population.-JDs witting for Assistant Manager and above in organization.-Develop Organogram at department level.
