Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of multiple products; including ideation, initiation, planning, development, quality engineering, implementation and delivery. Leading a team of Project Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Security Analysts, Software Architects, UI/UX Architects, Lead Infrastructure and DevOps and Quality Assurance Engineers. Responsible for data governance across the board. Primary driver of the vision, overseeing the development and management of the products' roadmap based on the vision of the leadership for resolving strategic issues that could affect the products’ ability to meet its strategic, technical and financial goals.

Led the PMO, primarily responsible for data-centric fintech and regtech product management in the compliance arena. Spearheaded the ideation and design of complex Artificial Intelligence software products, encompassing business strategy, R&D, UI/UX, product specifications, system workflows, and post-implementation operations for financial institutions in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. Developed internal controls for information security and managed an overarching vulnerability management program for frequent risk assessments and remediations.

Led a team of engineers and data scientists in creating software solutions using open-source machine learning models for pharmatech, addressing specific information security requirements. Led the development of analytics dashboards for pharma tech companies to facilitate ADR comparisons. Built backlogs, developed business cases, managed releases, and acted as the sole interface between the team and all internal and external stakeholders. Curated the usage of delivered products focusing on customer-centric design, costing, and competitive offerings based on market trends. Led a team of compliance technicians, analysts, and auditors, collaborating closely with a CPA for SOC 2 (Type II) engagements for companies curating health PII.
