As Finance and HR Manager, responsible for all payroll, bookkeeping, budget development, donation tracking, and monthly financial reports. Additionally responsible for employee on-boarding, benefits administration, and leadership of staff meetings and agendas. Administration of church database and assimilation process. As Associate Pastor of Assimilation, responsibilities include management and oversight of the assimilation process for moving guests to membership status, overseeing the discipleship training and baptism processes, as well as overall strategy and execution of volunteer placement.
