- Built a framework of application for using accessibility solutions deployed in the USA, Canada, Japan, Germany to comply with the socio-political climate of Kazakhstan, ensuring applicability towards Kazakh-specific problems.- Successfully navigated a very new (and outside my comfort zone) project on accessibility solutions for disabled people in Kazakhstan to provide a comprehensive report on solutions for our client.

Managed multiple stakeholder groups and successfully managed client expectations. - Formulated a go-to-market strategy for attracting client’s target customers building user personas from scratch and created strategies based on our profiles to attract more target users. - Identified outside-of-scope solutions, allowing our clients to dedicate additional funds to fulfilling customer loan requests and helping them align their referral program with industry standards.

- Strategized a content flow based on customer profiling that grew CoinDCX’s social media following by 14,000%. Lowered drop-off rates by 25% and saw an average of 60% more time spent on-page by each customer. - Pioneered the company’s beginner-focused initiatives (#TryCrypto) and convinced the co-founders towards making investments in brand-building. CoinDCX has gone on to build one of the strongest brands for crypto in Asia.
