His mentorship and governance of individual contributors, supervisors, and managers at various international locations has allowed for record growth in this very volatile segment. Whether it is hands on training or management of analytical chemistry, supply chain, R&D, or QC it just gets done.James uses his formal education in Lean Six-Sigma (Black-Belt, Green Belt, and Design for Six-Sigma Certified) to promote and distribute best practices throughout the company. He has headed up New Product Introduction, domestic and foreign lab startups, and product transfers using MSA and DOE methodologies.When not traveling, James spends his free time with his wife and son enjoying the Houston, TX area. Upon review it seems he also refers to himself in the third person, but thankfully does not do this verbally.
