• Effectively review and process service requests that may include one or more of the following process areas: job opening requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with Health Ministry Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Partner Lead with their efforts to coordinate the work activity for Talent Acquisition teams.

• Provide Level 2 customer service support for health ministries, their Associates and Candidates, resolving any issues or errors; Successfully handle moderately difficult issues, escalate issues that cannot be resolved.
• Plan and organize work so the Service Level Agreement Objectives are realize; contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes within area of influence.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

• Assist Accenture contractors both international and domestic with the onboarding process by walking them through background checks, credit checks, drug screening, time-keeping and expense reimbursement instructions..
• End Clients included but not limited to Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Kaiser, Shell, Phillips 66, BP Oil
• Assist offshore contractors with international background checks and work visa applications for relocation
• Assist the Accenture recruiting team in our Indianapolis, Indiana and Hyderabad, India locations regarding the completion of administrative recruitment processes
• Manage new jobs, work orders, amendments, contractor credentials, time sheet entries and expense reports in IQNavigator Procurement Contractor Exchange database
• Collaborate with hiring managers and contractors to process work order amendments to ensure work orders are processed smoothly
