I am sold CRM software, similar to Salesforce, to Healthcare related businesses around the country.

I increased revenue. I managed a 6 person sales team of varying tenure in a bilingual radio company. I attended daily sales calls with my employees and developed marketing programs for our clients. We worked regionally, nationally and internationally coordinated with our different employees located in U.S. and Mexico. I developed the new seller training manual with the help of our team.

I sold broadcast radio and Internet advertising business to business. I was successful at hitting my budgets, and bringing in new local, clients.

Salt Lake City

I developed a training program that would teach emergency room doctors and nurses Spanish. I sold and taught the courses to all the major Utah Hospitals. Eventually I had employees teach the courses, while I worked in my other positions. I only discontinued my own business, because I move to Texas in December 2009.

I was the project manager of an independent record label that was developing a social media website for musicians. In addition to managing the web build, I also managed two bands including booking, getting airplay, SXSW booth and concert event, and helped manage the project of releasing severals CDs.

I entered this company as a part-time bookkeeper and left in the position of CEO. I personally sold a million dollars a year, managed reps to another 3 million and increased company revenue by 25% by implementing a marketing plan.
