Information Technology Asset Management Lead
Current• Responsible for managing company's IT requests for configurations of Laptops and deployment including Imaging / re-imaging of laptops with security features and role specific apps and programs for AllState Corporation Group and clients On behalf of XenTegra Inc. • Working with Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to handle clients state, compliance status with active user profile and their login logs for all clients connected on Allstate network. • Responsible for using SCCM to continuously pushing Security patches and application updates and run system specific cycles to maintain with latest updates.• Handling requests for Client support such as user profile creation/transfer for all new hires, replacement or termination and data migration requests in case of broke down of laptops or stolen laptops via TLM system or manual transfers.• Handful of experience working with Active Directory software for enabling new employee’s account upon laptop deployment and setting/resetting their passwords or unlocking their account in case of locked out situation.• Help desk support for initial VPN setup for all Work-From-Home users including registration of tokens connecting to company’s network and managing their local guest accounts by creating, enabling and disabling their local accounts upon VPN setup.• Responsible for handling all laptop deployment specific service requests (ticket system) on ServiceNow application and in charge of all laptop assets inventory for Allstate.
