    As Procurement Officer & Facilities Administrator located in the Phoenix office of FTF, I support the financial accounting activities of the agency. I am responsible for working with 14 regional offices and other state agencies to develop, negotiate, and administer contracts and agreements to provide goods and services on a statewide basis. In support of the facilities responsibilities, I oversee all agency leases, facility projects, and renovations, from the initial planning through design, construction, and move logistics. As Procurement Specialist responsible for executing difficult and unique transactions within state and federal mandated policy and guidelines, requiring; reviewing, screening, and assessment of a wide range of proposals, purchase requisitions, research and investigate sources for specific services and supplies, work with staff in the development of bid specifications, prepare and issue bid requests, review contract quotations and/or proposals, monitor and evaluate contracts for specified requirements and compliance, develop and appraise applicable forms, policies and procedures relating to contract management. In addition, ensures proper training of staff regarding the procurement process. Special training is given to staff for our Managed Services Provider. Promoted to Procurement Officer & Facilities Administrator in November of 2022.As Executive Staff Assistant to the Chief Programs Officer. Provides support to the Chief Program Officer and Senior Director of Children's Health and Family Support. 2016 BAP (Beliefs, Actions, and Performance) Award recipient. Executive Staff Assistant to Communications and Public Affairs. Supported the Vice President of Communications, the Senior Director of Branding and Marketing, and a team of 14 staff.
